The bouquet of the Blanc de Blancs is reminiscent of ripe pineapple and toasted biscuit, underscored by a distinctive citrus blossom note. Juicy pear, white chocolate and lemon zest flavors fill the palate, which expand through the wines vivacious stream of bubbles and firm structure. Crisp, clean, and well balanced. It is medium-bodied with a palate of apple and bright citrus flavors with a moderately long and crisp finish.
Freixenet Blanc de Blancs is served best along any appetizer or within a refreshing sparkling cocktails.
Freixenet (pronounced "fresh-eh-net"), Blanc De Blancs is our creamiest style Brut and a perfect introduction to Cava. Produced using the method champenoise technique with the traditional Cava varietals, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. This Brut style sparkling has been aged for up to 15 months on the yeast.
