Sweet version of the pure Lambrusco obtained from a selection of 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes growing in the ancient farm Ca Bianca. Its ruby red colour, its clear and consistent fragrance with a beautiful purple foam, compact and tasty make it an excellent wine.

The taste is sweet, warm, soft, fresh and savory. This wine is balanced and very palatable.  Its aroma is delicate with fragrant notes of fruits as currants, wild strawberries, cherries and sour cherries. Very elegant floral scents such as rose and violet, with a slight vinosity.
