Additionally, the varied site selections and viticultural decisions make our Riesling Dry representative of our identity; we practice sustainable farming, plant and utilize cover crops, follow the biodynamic calendar in our Demeter-certified HJW vineyard, and promote healthy soils and ecosystems. Forty-five different picks went into this vintage of Riesling Dry, making for accentuated texture. This is our first vintage of Riesling Dry with the newly developed New York Sustainable Winegrowing Trustmark.
