Who doesn't love a Moscow Mule? With our Ginger Fuji Apple cocktail we sought to take those classic flavors and make them truly bright and as fresh tasting as possible. Living in New York we have always loved the apple juice from Red Jacket orchards you can find in bodegas across the city. Taking those cold-pressed fuji apples from the upstate family farms as our inspiration, we balanced their tart sweetness with a pungent punch of ginger, simmered it with fall spices like cinnamon and allspice, and balanced the whole thing out with some notes of lemongrass. Try it right from the can when chilled, liven things up at a get-together by serving it over ice in a copper tin with some sliced apple garnish, or believe it or not (trust us, we've done it), heat it up and sip it like a hot toddy with a cinnamon stick. Anyway you drink it you can do no wrong.
