The La Palazzetta Brunello di Montalcino appears an intense garnet red color in theg lass. The bouquet is intense and powerful, rich in aromas, with fruity notes, blackberry and blueberry combined with hints of chocolate. The palate reveals soft tannins and good acidity with a harmonious and elegant finish.

100% Sangiovese. After a careful selection and harvesting of the grapes, start the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration of about 20 days with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging for 3.5 years in french oak cask followed bt bottle-aging for 6 months.

In 1984, Flavio inherited his father's farm. At the time, La Palazzetta produced cheese and had cows, sheep, and Flavio, along with his wife, Carla Visconti made the decision to concentrate instead on the production of wines, beginning with just one hectare. Today, the winery has grown to 40 ha and their child Luca has transformed the farm into an ecosustainable operation employing vegan and organic practices. The entire farm, from the fields to the bottles, is managed by Luca, who also produces wine. Their guiding principle is "In the cellar we conserve the product given from the nature, without alterations," and they conduct research on the most effective natural method for producing wines each year. Their goal is to make wines that are completely natural and free of sulfites.
