Earthy notes greet the nose, with bursts of bright cherry. Flavors of raspberry and bing cherry are supported by some nutmeg spice. The palate is soft and round, with gentle tannins providing structure.

The fruit for our Maggio Family Vineyards wine is sourced entirely from our sustainably farmed, family-owned estate vineyards in Lodi, CA. Lodi enjoys warm days and cool nights which allows the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining their natural acidity. 

Aged for 6 months on 70% French oak and 30% American oak
