Maison Noir Description

77% Chardonnay and 23% Pinot Noir.

The pinot noir and chardonnay are sourced from the prestigious Hyland vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. This is one of Oregon's oldest vineyards that consistently produces fruit of high quality. The chardonnay and pinot noir are made separately. The pinot noir goes through a light press and is combined with the chardonnay.
