The Monte Rossa Flamingo appears a bright pastel pink color in the glass. Sharp nose of pomegranate and hints of horseradish, closure of star anise. Taut wild and creamy mouthfeel of blood orange with saline caper closure.  

Flamingo is the iconic and irresistible Rosé of the Monte Rossa family. Pink and black, pinstripes and sequins, he and she immersed in the incessant partying of the Las Vegas night, the tale of a fascinating story of fun and passion of which Flamingo is the protagonist. From Franciacorta to the city that never sleeps and back, all in one bottle. 

Coppery pink, with a fine and persistent perlage. Flamingo by Monte Rossa is a Franciacorta resulting from the happy marriage of 40% Pinot Nero and 60% Chardonnay.

Fermentation is partially in steel vats at controlled temperature and partially in oak barrels. Refined in the bottle for at least 24 months. Flavourful and fresh, with a fine and persistent perlage worthy of a long applause.

Aromas of pomegranate, dried strawberries, brioche and wildflowers waft from the glass. The rounded palate is giving with cherries in cream that are balanced by crisp acidity and finishing with a fine peralge. -J.P.
