Bright ruby in the glass, with aromas of sugared strawberry and cassis layered with subtle notes of leather, forest floor, and hints of sealing wax and resin.  The palate reveals a juicy core of red fruit, seamlessly integrated with fine, firm tannins, leading to a long, earthy finish.

Messaggero is born from a careful selection of our finest Sangiovese grapes, grown in one of the most interesting areas of the Denomination. Messaggero expresses the finesse, elegance, and character of the great wines of Montepulciano, combined with the freshness and power that only great terroirs can produce.

Forest floor, menthol and leather aromas mingle together on this robust red. On the big, brooding palate, close-grained tannins accompany cherry marinated in spirits, prune and licorice. The heat of evident alcohol lingers on the close.
