The Navigator Cabernet Sauvignon shows layers of blackberry, bing cherry, and juicy red fruit characteristics. With complex nuances of violet and mocha, also mature tannins provide firm structure and rich texture for a mouth-filling of flavors.
Navigator Description
80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. Fruit sourced from separate small lots from sub-appellations all throughout the Napa Valley. Grape clusters were harvested by hand at their peak ripeness.
Aged for 10 months French oak, 30% new.
