Parajes Del Valle Description
Manual harvest from 15-30 year old vines. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which it is transferred to concrete to finish both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Concrete is used to help clarify the wine and improve its stabilization during the winter. No added sulphur at bottling.
Dry ecological vineyards from 15 to 30 years old, located at about 600 – 700 meters of altitude.
We obtain a fruity wine, with the expressiveness and freshness of the Monastrell from our land. Parajes del Valle follows a unique and particular style: organic, contemporary wines. Designed exclusively to enjoy, they avoid artifice and masking, they are honest, refreshing, aromatic and highly varietal.
