Palid straw yellow with greenish glints. Medium-high intensity. The balance of acidity assigns a structure of great volume to the wine improves its traces until the retro nasal.

While Pazo de Señorans includes 18.5 hectares of vines surrounding its cellar, the Mareque family has also established long-term contracts with local growers of Albariño in the neighboring villages and hamlets to make this wine. Entirely grown on pergolas and harvested by hand, this Albariño is fermented by parcel or group of adjacent parcels in stainless-steel tanks then aged for at least 5 months on the lees before final blending.

The 2022 Albariño is from granite soils in the Salnés Valley. It shows varietal character, freshly cut grass, white flowers and fruit and the roundness of the year, with 13.5% alcohol and balancing acidity. This is bottled after four to five months with lees. It has the Señorans signature. 192,000 bottles were produced. Anticipated Maturity: 2023-2027
