At first, the bouquet is discreet. Then it opens on aromas of white fruits. The mouth is ample and perfumed. Enjoy as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish and selfish or white meats and cheeses.
This cuvee is a blend with two type of soils. The “Terres Blanches”, that gives complexity represents 70% of the blend. The expression and the mineral side are from Caillottes based vineyards. Fermentation is in thermoregulated vats to keep its freshness. After the racking, the wine stays on fine lees until the bottling in April bringing more complexity.
