The Roger Pabiot Pouilly-Fume Le Coteau appears a golden color in the glass. The nose is expressive with fruity aromas of citrus and floral aromas of acacia flowers. The palate is full-bodied with a direct attack where aromas of citrus and white fruits are expressed. Lively on the palate, the length of the white fruit and zest aromas is supported by a mouthwatering bitterness.
Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with seafood (shellfish), grilled langoustines, lobster, fish, white meat in sauce, and goat cheese.
The estate's historic cuvée, made from vines planted on sandy clay and clay-limestone soils. Refined, fruity, and floral, it pairs perfectly with aperitifs, main courses, and cheese.
