With a low alcohol of 7% and just a touch of sparkle to flawlessly balance the sweetness, Roscato Rosso Dolce is ideal as an aperitif or as the perfect complement to any cuisine. Serve chilled. 

Each variety is harvested and vinified separately, allowing the grapes to reach perfect ripeness. Following de-stemming, the juice is kept on the skins for several days at low temperatures to extract the fruit’s aromas and color.
