Sangiovese with a deep red color and a lingering, rich aroma of red fruits, blackberry jam and spicy notes. Full and concentrated on the palate with soft tannins and a good balance between sweetness and body. It pairs well with game, roast meats and well-aged cheeses. Also excellent as a meditation wine.

Santodeno Description

We obtained this wine by delicately hand-picking the grapes and placing them in small crates. Here, they were left to slowly dry, further concentrating their richness. Careful vinification and aging offer a wine rich in color, aromas, and smoothness.
