Segal Description

Segal's Chardonnay Special Reserve is made from the free run juice of premium Chardonnay grapes grown in the Upper Galilee region. The wine was fermented in American and French oak barrels, where it underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged sur lie for seven months in the barrel.
