The Silva Daskalaki Vorinos Vidiano has a bright lemon color with a bouquet of citrus and stone fruit, alongside with floral aromas, that will give way to a more complex and mineral character. Excellent balance between finesse and acidity. 

Pairs well with shellfish, seafood, grilled meats, fish, light cheeses and fruit.

100% Vidiano fermented in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts. Aged on the the fine lees for 3-4 months.
