With 66 vintages, this is red chronicles Regaleali’s production of Nero d’Avola over the years. By studying the ripening curve and choosing the best time to harvest, a certain elegance and balance of austerity and fullness is achieved. The wine matures in large 30 and 60 hl barrels of Slavonian oak for good structure and remarkable drinkability.
100% Nero d'Avola aged for 50% in steel, 50% in 300- and 600-liter Slavonian oak barrels for 10 months.
