The Tassi Consilium is a soft and nuanced expression of Sangiovese. Notes of crushed rose petals, stewed strawberry and sweet balsamic.

The lands of our company extend in different areas of the municipality of Montalcino. The story begins with the Franci vineyard and the Tassi vineyard both in Castelnuovo dell’Abate, airy vineyards immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, Monte Amiata guardian of this land.

100% Sangiovese from the selection of vineyards surrounding Castelnuovo dell'Abate. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in non-vitrified concrete tanks with maceration of 12-15 days.
