Terresacre Description
Elegant fragrance, with a slight exotic fruit aroma, accompany with a slight citrus flower fragrance and the multi-layer fragrance blends well with grapes aroma.
Recommend with appetizer such as fish and sea food also served well with second course –fish and mild soft cheese.
White wine made with 100% Falanghina. The vineyards are found at 885 feet above sea level and overlook the vast blue waters of the Adriatic Sea. The Sea and Mountain climates merge at the TerreSacre vineyards where skilled people hand-harvest and hand-select the finest grapes from fertile and uncontaminated soils. Full body, aromatic, with fresh stone fruit and citrus notes, and a long clean finish. 20,000 handcrafted annually.
The harvest is done manually and transferred to the cellar in small crates. The de-stemmed grapes are immediately lightly pressed to respect the integrity of the berries. The must obtained is cooled to a temperature of 6°C and decanted for 24 hours.
