A burst of ripe and juicy sunny peach and pineapple aromas and flavours that are lifted with a swirl of citrus, finishing with tangy lemon freshness. A lively, fruity yet dry Chardonnay that is effortlessly engaging and graceful.

The grapes are sourced from various cool to moderate climate vineyards in and around the Western Cape with a focus on selecting sites with chalky soils to add rich complexity and natural acidity. Areas include Bonnievale, Robertson and Breedekloof thus allowing a diverse range of fruit forward flavors and textures in the final blend compilation.

100% Chardonnay. Roughly 50% of the wine was fermented with a combination of French and American oak with the remainder was fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation the oak was removed immediately, and the wine was racked with the fine lees for at least 42 days.
