The grapes are sourced from various cool to moderate climate vineyards in the Western Cape, allowing a diverse range of fruit flavors and textures in the final blend compilation. Vineyard areas include Bonnievale, Robertson, Klein Karoo, Breedekloof and Stellenbosch. Each of these areas impart its own unique flavor and palate profile to this Sauvignon Blanc, collectively resulting in an interesting and most palatable wine style with high drinkability.
