Fresh and fruity wine with delightful flavors of ripe red fruit such as blackberry, raspberry, plum, and black cherry. It has a notable persistence with soft, velvety tannins, creating a very balanced and harmonious mouthfeel.

Pairs well with red meats, braised meats, roasts, mature cheeses as well as aperitifs of cold cuts and cheeses.

The hare, a protected animal in our reserve area and a biological indicator par excellence, represents our Montepulciano: young, delicate and highly drinkable, it flows quickly just like the many hares that can easily be spotted on our estate.

100% organically-grown Montepulciano fermented and aged in stainless steel for 9 months, plus 6 months in bottle.
