Notes of fresh lemon, ripe pear and fresh flowers, rounded out with hints of apricot, cream and French oak. This flavorful wine is full-bodied with pleasing acidity.
100% Chardonnay sourced from vineyards in the northernmost region of the Golan Heights at 3,900 feet in elevation. Barrel fermented and aged for 7 months with partial malolactic fermentation.
