Aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and mulberry fruit notes, layered with pleasing characters of violets, spice and French oak. Medium-bodied and a lingering finish, this Pinot is flavorful yet elegant.
Although appealing upon release, the Yarden Pinot Noir will improve in the bottle over the next few years, and should stay in good drinking condition for about five to eight years from vintage. Great with a wide variety of dishes, the wine pairs nicely with Peking duck pancakes, seared tuna with mango salsa, or creamy mushroom risotto.
