Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai Sake (300ml)

This sake is produced only for export to markets outside of Japan. The rice is polished down to 60% to produce a clean, junmai-style sake. Its well-balanced, mellow and elegant flavor is tailored to match not only delicate Japanese cuisine but also a wide range of foods from other cultures.

Tasting notes are balanced between sweet and dry flavors on the palate. Approachable and easy drinking.

Pairs well with many types of cheese and pizza. The hint of rice and dairy on the aroma makes this possible.
