A.D. Rattray Cask Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky Aged 15 Years (700ml)

Aromas of clover honey, Parma violet, ripe peach and wild heather embers.  The palate shows grilled plum, old-fashioned barley sugar, noble hop and caraway.  With a prolonged peppery  finish, smoke lifted by tart citrus and foraged pine.
