Bols Genever (750ml)

Bols Genever opens with a delicate, grain-forward aroma, showcasing soft malty notes reminiscent of freshly milled barley and light rye bread.  Subtle juniper and botanical accents weave through the nose, offering a gentle herbal lift without overwhelming the spirit’s traditional maltwine core.

On the palate, it’s round, smooth, and lightly creamy, delivering flavors of malt, citrus peel, and restrained juniper alongside hints of fennel, coriander, and a touch of white pepper.  The botanical character is elegant rather than assertive, allowing the grain base to shine.  The finish is clean and slightly warming, with lingering herbal and cereal notes.
