St. Agrestis Phony 1 Proof Negroni (200ml)

Almost non-alcoholic with nuanced juniper, citrus, and floral notes, the St. Agrestis Phony 1 Proof Negroni drinks with the same bitterness drinkers of the classic cocktail expect, sans (almost all the) alcohol. We’ve also added carbonation to help mimic the bite that alcohol typically provides. Enjoy chilled straight from the bottle or over ice with an orange twist. Or for a bubbly, low ABV option, top with Prosecco for a Negroni Sbagliato.

We are super excited to have found a way to offer a very similar (but not the same) and compliant version of the Phony Negroni to NYC wine and spirit retailers by adding 0.5% alc/vol or 1 proof of alcohol. "Non-alcoholic" is defined as anything below 0.5% so this falls just outside at exactly 0.5% and thus, we were able to register it with the TTB and SLA.
