Complementing the Jamaican rum is a carefully chosen rum from Barbados, aged between 2 and 3 years at the Foursquare Distillery. Foursquare is one of the most respected distilleries in the Caribbean, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and the high quality of its rums. The Barbados rum is aged on the tropical shores of the island, where the warm climate and the sea breeze encourage a rapid evaporation rate, concentrating the flavors and creating a rum that is rich and complex, with notes of dried fruit, caramel, and wood.
