The wine is a pure and well-defined example of Carmenere exhibiting classic blue fruits and spice with supple tannins, firm acidity and a long, structured finish. Enjoy with spicy beef dishes or stuffed peppers.
Antiyal's Pura Fe Carmenere is made from 88% Carmenere and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. All grapes are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, pressed into 3-4 year old French oak barrels and aged for 10-12 months before bottling.
