Deep garnet hue with notes of warm baking spices on the nose. The palate hasrich notes of cherry, black fruit and a touch of black pepper. It has a mediumbody and a balanced mouthfeel that provides a smooth finish.

Pair with baked eggplant parmesan with mozzarella, and basil.

70%Grenache, 25%Syrah, 5%Carignan/Cinsault aged for 6 months in stainless steel.
