The classic pale pink color gives off aromatics of ripe strawberry, dried apricot, and a hint of citrus. The light palate offers notes of crisp stone fruit, bright, structured acidity and a soft, lingering finish.
Pair with squash and arugula salad with citrus vinaigrette.
30% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 20% Caladoc aged for 4 months in stainless steel.
