The refined pink color of the Bellissima Zero Sugar Sparkling Rosé Wine is extracted from the skins of our Pinot Grigio grapes through a light maceration, while the bubbles come to life through the “Long Charmat Method”, during which the wine is in steel tanks for about 4-5 months.
After this patient winemaking process we achieve a zero residual sugar Rosé, meaning that all natural sugar from the grapes has been converted into alcohol.
