Bellissima Zero Sugar Sparkling White Wine is an enthralling wine that exhales a fine scent of white flowers and grapefruit. It is fresh, velvety and creamy, with a pleasant acidity. Its refined taste is on par with the most exquisite sparkling wines.
Zero residual sugar from the grapes remains in the wine, and we do not add any sugar or artificial sweeteners.
This unique zero Sugar Sparkling Wine is created using the “Long Charmat Method” (approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks called autoclave). After this patient winemaking process we achieve a zero residual sugar sparkling wine, meaning that all of the natural sugar from the grapes has been converted into alcohol.
We do not add any sugar or sweeteners to our wine: the wine profile is exquisite and of the finest quality. This is only possible with the highest expertise, winemaking technique and tools in the wine cellar.
