Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Fine bubble with good crown formation. The nose is enveloping with aromas reminiscent of white fruit with notes of raw almond and a pastry background. In the mouth it is fresh and long. Ideal for appetizers and grilled fish or in sauces.

Blancher Description

Made from traditional varieties, Parellada, Macabeo and Xarello. Fermentation in stainless steel and later contact with its fine lees. Aged in the bottle for more than 25 months on the property.
