Pepe Yllera Ribera del Duero Red features a cherry red color with cardinal notes. Powerful aromas of red and black fruits along with spicy notes of vanilla, licorice and balsamic provided by its wood. A silky and velvety mouth feel is balanced by a pleasant acidity that makes it very fresh. Flavors of forest fruits, blackcurrant and vanilla linger in the palate long after your sip. Perfect with any type of meat, especially Iberian sausages, white and red meats, roast lamb and suckling pig, small game (hare, partridge), legume stews and cured and semi-cured cheeses.

Manual harvest, testing and double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Alcoholic fermentation at 28º in stainless steel tanks, with daily backs for color extraction and temperature control. Subsequent malolactic fermentation. Part of its aging is carried out in amphorae and most in oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters.
