Rosé Cuvée from the Bouzy Grand Cru “terroir” with a blend of two years.

It strikes the palate with great delicacy and has a fruitier finish showing its noble origins.

Oeil de perdrix color. Softly yeasty and decidedly cool and elegant aromas include those of freshly sliced citrus, especially lime, raspberry and a whisper of strawberry. There is excellent intensity to the finely detailed flavors that are supported by an equally fine mousse, all wrapped in a crisp, even snappy, finish that also drinks much drier than the stated dosage level would suggest; indeed, this is borderline austere, which isn't something that happens all that often with rosé sparklers.
