The nose of this Crémant has tangy, aromatic notes of red fruit and apple. The finish is round, soft, refreshing and dry, leaving an impression of ripe red apples.

Serve for aperitif or a dessert with red fruits.

This Crémant is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. This Crémant is made in the purest respect for traditional methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by at least 12 months’ ageing on laths. A dosage of 9 g/l during disgorgement gives it its brut character.

Today, the vineyards cover 265 hectares surrounding Ribeauvillé village. This area is worked by 40 wine professionals out of 110 members.
