The Cellier de la Baraterie Savoie Blanc Malvoisie appears a straw yellow color in the glass. A smoky and mineral nose leads to a supple palate with saline notes.

The Cellier de la Baraterie is a 10-hectare estate, established in 2014. It is located in Combe de Savoie, on the Montmélian/Albertville axis, on the edge of the Bauges mountain range.

The estate's philosophy is to carefully tend the vineyard and minimize intervention in the cellar, in order to bring out the flavor of the grapes.

Whole bunch harvest, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completed, aging on fine lees in neutral vats (fiber or stainless steel) to preserve the wine's fruitiness.
