The Secret de Chateau Biac appears a scintillating golden yellow color in the glass. A nose of gingerbread and dried apricots leads to a silky and generous palate that is fruity with candied prunes and quince jelly notes. A beautifully balanced harmonious wine, well balanced, smooth and vivacious.
