Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its natural characteristics, with some aging in acacia to enhance mouthfeel and add floral notes. This wine features aromas of white peach, passion fruit, and lime zest, along with herbaceous hints of bell pepper. It offers a well-balanced, refreshing acidity.
The 2024 year began with lower-than-average rainfall in the spring, followed by intense summer heat waves. This resulted in fruit with remarkably concentrated flavors and beautiful profiles. The Reds are dark and complex, the Whites are aromatic and intense. As the complexity and concentration of the fruit reached optimal levels, our crews worked diligently to ensure a timely harvest at peak conditions. The 2024 harvest was short but intense, yielding a fantastic vintage with amazing potential. We're all very excited to share the results with you.
