Clos San Quilico was founded by the marriage of the Orenga de Gaffory and Piazza-Alessandrini families. They own 35 hectares in the appellation of Patrimonio, which is the oldest and most well-known appellation in Corsica. They use traditional winemaking practices and do not use fertilizers or chemical pesticides – organic certification is pending.

100% Vermentino. The grapes are hand-harvested then each parcel is vinified separately to achieve the best of the vintage.
