100% Fiano sourced from the estate’s most historic vineyard, known as Chiano, the highest vineyard in the Fiano di Avellino DOCG of the Arianello-Lapio area, which is the heart of the district.

Long aging in stainless steel on its lees, no oak is employed in the making of this wine.

Smoky and youthfully coy, the 2020 Fiano di Avellino Clelia slowly blossoms with a blend of young peaches, green melon and a complicating hint of wet tobacco. It,s luxuriously smooth and elegant, lifted by brisk acidity as mineral-tinged orchard fruits and savory spices resonate throughout. This leaves a primary concentration while tapering off savory, nearly salty in character, with a hint of dried apricot. This is still an infant today, and the 2020 Clelia will require cellaring to blossom fully.
