This wine shows beautifully structured tannins framing a complex array of flavors redolent of cassis, blackberry, herbs, vanilla and toast.
Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged for 18 months in French oak, the wine is a pure expression of provenance. Ready to enjoy now, we recommend decanting for 45 minutes prior to drinking. Of course, the wine is also a fine candidate for aging in the cellar.
