Silver Eagle Vineyard rests atop Stoetz Ridge, the land mass that divides the remote Sonoma Coast from the Russian River Valley. This vineyard experiences both the cooling ocean breezes of the nearby Pacific, as well as the warmth of the interior valley.

The 2021 Pinot Noir Silver Eagle Vineyard was fermented with 45% whole clusters and matured in used oak. It’s extraordinarily complex and expressive with a woodsy, heady character reminiscent of (Piedmont red wines). After initial wafts of struck flint, it releases scents of wild red and black berries, bergamot, bitters, mixed tea leaves and rose petals. The palate is just as arresting, unfurling pure fruit, earth and spice layers. It’s structured by silky tannins and bright acidity and has a tremendously long, expressive finish.
