The wine is of the subtle red shade typical of this variety, with aromas of raspberry, ripe strawberry, black pepper and flowers and a rich, elegant flavor. The wine was bottled unfiltered.
A classic accompaniment for salmon in an Asian sauce, as well as veal and beef dishes simmered in a rich broth.
100% Pinot Noir aged for 12 months in French oak barrels from the Burgundy region.
