As a classic California Chardonnay, this wine offers tropical aromas of grilled pineapple, a hint of lemon zest, and subtle oak. Hess Select Chardonnay is medium-bodied with layered flavors of sliced peaches and golden delicious apples, finishing crisp and clean with well-balanced acid. Maritime influences in the vineyard bring bright acidity; 30% oak fermentation adds and a creamy crème brûlée like finish.
