Third-generation winemaker José Dhondt, whose grandfather immigrated from Belgium in 1924, has been managing the estate and making the wine since 1976. The 2015 Mes Vieilles Vignes is 100% Chardonnay from the grand cru of Les Crayéres (0.52 ha) in Oger in the Côte des Blancs, originally planted by José's grandfather in 1949.
